The Guide helps the team and individuals reflect on innovation and productivity.
The Guide is similar to the Scrum Master in Scrum, the Agile Coach in the “Spotify Model“ and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe.
Rules / Constraints
There is typically only one Guide but pairing and rotation are good options.
